Cookie Party: "Batter Bakes Cookies"

What better way to celebrate a child's birthday than to have a cookie making & decorating party?

This morning Batter hosted a cookie party for a group of enthusiastic and energetic four-year-olds! These little bakers were involved in the cookie process from start to finish - from rolling out dough with mini rolling pins in a cloud of four, to stamping with a variety of cookie cutters; watching the cookies bake, to decorating with brightly colored icing and sprinkles.

Parents & children alike had a wonderful time baking & decorating dinosaurs, dog bones, hearts, guitars, and animals of all shapes and sizes. A few of the cookies even escaped hungry mouths and made it home to show off to siblings & parents. The rest were gobbled up immediately, along with a special gingerbread man birthday cake made just for the birthday boy.
