All I can say is, wooo hoooo, the mixer has arrived!
The shiny Hobart arrived at Mission Creek Kitchen (more to come on MCK soon) late last week, as I jumped up and down. Our new mixer has returned my productivity back to normal levels after a three week gap of using two normal KitchenAids, which seem tiny after getting used to the big guys.
I have a newfound appreciation for industrial equipment that can seriously get the job done...
